HR360 is the new name and repositioning of our HR platform. Previously marketed as “360° HR Support Service,” HR360 is now clearly a SaaS platform — not just a service. The platform covers the complete HR lifecycle with ATS as an optional module. The product is the same, but the positioning, features, and roadmap are significantly expanded.

The HR Action Desk is a structured ticketing system built into HR360 where employees and admins can raise HR requests — attendance corrections, payroll queries, document fixes, leave exceptions, and exit support. These requests are handled by OmniHire’s own HR360 team with defined SLAs, audit trails, and resolution proof. It’s the “done-for-you” layer on top of the software.
The Policy Chatbot is in Phase 4 of the HR360 roadmap. It will ingest your company’s approved policy documents and answer employee queries — leave rules, notice period, reimbursement rules — with citations from the exact policy section. Unresolved queries escalate to HR. We expect it to be available in Q3 2025.
