Welcome to OmniHire Solutions (“OmniHire”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, HR360 platform, recruitment services, managed HR operations services, and related solutions.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. Services
OmniHire provides a range of workforce and HR-related solutions, including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition services
- HR360 workforce management platform
- Managed HR Operations services
- HR consulting and workforce support services
- Related software, integrations, and business solutions
Specific services may be governed by separate agreements, proposals, statements of work, or service contracts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
- Interfere with service availability or security
- Upload malicious software, malware, or harmful content
- Use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent activities
- Misrepresent information provided through our services
OmniHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
4. User Accounts
Where accounts are provided:
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Information provided must be accurate and current
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized account access
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.
5. HR360 Platform Usage
Organizations using HR360 are responsible for:
- Accuracy of employee and workforce data entered into the platform
- Compliance with applicable employment and labor laws
- Appropriate management of user access permissions
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
OmniHire provides the platform and related support services but does not assume responsibility for decisions made based on platform data.
6. Recruitment Services
For recruitment services:
- Candidate selection decisions remain the responsibility of the client organization
- OmniHire does not guarantee candidate hiring outcomes
- Employment relationships exist solely between employers and candidates
- Recruitment recommendations are advisory in nature
Candidate information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Managed HR Operations Services
Managed HR Operations services are provided based on agreed scopes, service levels, and client responsibilities.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Final employment decisions
- Legal compliance obligations
- Policy approvals
- Payroll approvals and employee communications where applicable
OmniHire provides operational support, coordination, and advisory services but does not act as the legal employer unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, branding, trademarks, documentation, workflows, and proprietary materials provided by OmniHire remain the exclusive property of OmniHire Solutions or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce proprietary content
- Reverse engineer software or systems
- Resell or redistribute services without authorization
- Use OmniHire branding without written permission
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, tools, or service providers.
OmniHire is not responsible for:
- Third-party content
- Third-party service availability
- Third-party privacy practices
- Third-party security measures
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services.
However, we do not guarantee that services will always be:
- Available
- Error-free
- Uninterrupted
- Free from technical issues
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business information disclosed during the provision of services.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except:
- With authorization
- Where legally required
- To approved service providers under appropriate obligations
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
OmniHire shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Data loss
- Business interruption
Total liability arising from the use of services shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable services during the preceding twelve months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OmniHire Solutions, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Required payments remain outstanding
- Continued access creates legal, security, or operational risks
Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
